DELIVERY

Save time and money by ordering your products online today.

  • We aim to deliver your orders WITH A FEE within 2-5 business days in Sydney Eastern Suburbs as long as all items ordered are in stock.
  • We use Australia Post for orders outside Sydney Eastern Suburbs.
  • Australia postage and packaging cost starts from $14.00 Australia Wide.
  • To guarantee delivery with Australia Post, it’s best to pay an additional cost for registered post. Registered Post gives you extra peace of mind with a signature on delivery.
  • We do not deliver outside of Australia.

 

RETURNS

  • We accept returns for items only up to 14 days from purchase, providing item/s unopened and in original packaging.
  • If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • We can’t offer refunds for opened items due to health restrictions.
  • You must contact a Pet Nurture representative before the goods return. Pet Nurture will provide a return address.
  • If you received a faulty product/s, please email a damaged item photo to enquiries@petnurture.com.au, including your invoice/reference no, name and mobile number, and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or postage costs for returning your item. Shipping or postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUNDS

  • We do NOT offer refunds for lost or stolen items via Australia Post.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your nominated bank within a certain amount of days.
